We don't push for the sale. We provide you the information you need to help you make the best home buying decision. We will give you as much or as little help as you need and work on your timetable. We can help your home building experience go smoothly and be more enjoyable. Best of all, the builders pay our fee.

• Choosing the right price range. How much loan might you qualify for? How much will the payments be? How does your unique financial situation effect how much you may qualify for? Will you need a construction loan? What lender should you use?
• Finding the right location. We know where new homes are being built. We maintain a list of hundreds of current, active new home communities. We know each community's city, school district, price range, and which builders are building there.
• Selecting a builder. We have already researched and interviewed the builders. We can help you find the builder that fits your needs. We've also sent out our own builder satisfaction surveys. Learn know who is happy with their builder and who is not.
• Contract negotiation. We are on your side during your purchase contract negotiations. Many builder reps will tell you 'the price is the price', this is not always the case.
• Additional third party home inspections. We can help you make sure nothing is missed during construction and everything was done correctly.
• We're always your advocate. When the inevitable issues or disputes come up with your builder during the build process or after you move in, we'll advocate for you and look out for your best interests. Because we refer many buyers to builders, we are able to put more pressure on builders to resolve issues to your satisfaction.
